[Node-devel] IRC Class Specification

Hello,

As we have been planning, I have writen a first document with the
prototypes of the new IRC Layer Class. I think it turned out quite
clear. However, we will probably have to rewrite almost the whole
project to implement it. I attach the document with the specification.

Comments and suggestions are requested.
