[Node-devel] (feature) Channel modes viewing/changing

Hello,
A new feature has been implemented into Node 0.33, allowing a user to
view channel modes and modify them. To display the channel modes
dialog, a user can right-click inside a channel and select "Channel
Modes" from the popup menu. The modes that a user can change are No
external message, Only ops set topic, Private, Secret, Moderated,
Invite only, No colors and Knock.
