[Node-devel] (feature) Hot Keys

A new feature has been implemented: Hot Keys code. This allows a user to assign actions to hot keys(currently supporting F-keys and Ctrl + letter) from the Options Dialog. Pressing a hot key while chatting fires the user-selected action.
