[Node-devel] (feature) Remember Panel Width

As suggested by Witold Krakowski, each panel now remembers its width. This means that if a user has opened two panels and resizes them differently, they will keep their different width while somebody switches between them. Note that the panel will keep the saved with even if after a restart, as the settings are kept in the registry.
