[Node-devel] Web Site Update

An update has been made at the web site including the following:
- The `More Stuff'(more) section has been deleted.
- There is a new section called `Resources' (http://node.sourceforge.net/?view=home&head=&head=resources) which is the old Resources section under More Stuff.
- There are two new documentation pages for users:
  - Installing Additional Components (http://node.sourceforge.net/?view=expand&head=doc/users), describing how additional components like languages and skins can be installed.
  - Troubleshooting (http://node.sourceforge.net/?view=troubleshoot&head=doc/users); contains description and solutions to common problems.
- Developement now includes the Changes Log (http://node.sourceforge.net/?view=changes&head=dev) and 0.31 Overview (http://node.sourceforge.net/?view=home&head=dev/031)
