#21 IP resolution

In proposal for a possible solution to bug #969876, I
suggest that we add multiple methods for resolving the
external IP, in the case of a NAT/ICS gimmick. This may
include a simple Inet control which connects to a web
server such as www.whatismyip.com, download the
index page, parse the text and therefore get the IP
address; or perhaps getting the IP from the network
adapter itself.
