Node Runner v0.4.4 Released

Node Runner is a PHP application designed to contact network nodes in a specific order based on the description of the node. If a node does not respond, each of its dependencies is systematically checked until the problem is isolated.

A status monitor is new to this release, for tracking node status from a public workstation. A configurable debug level and hierarchial dependency displays (via web interface) were also added. Many bugs were fixed within the web interface, including mail configuration, node/server lists, and reporting tool.
