When nodes get deleted while down, node is removed from
objects table, but not from alert_log table.

For the first part of the fix, the addedit-nodes.php file
has been updated in CVS (file version 1.15) with bug fixes
related to the deletion of parent nodes. Specifically, you
can no longer delete a node (the button is disabled) while
the node has dependent nodes that are still enabled.
Disable the child nodes, then the node will be available for
deletion.
