[Nodal-j-devel] Together 6 "Locked Files" Problem

Hi everyone,

It seems that when we checked out the NODAL module earlier, all the codes
are set to "Read Only". Thus, Together interpreted the files as "locked". 

There are two ways to resolve this problem:
1. Manually change all downloaded files to read/write by clearing the
"Read-only" box in the file properties. (Right click the files -> Select
Properties)

2. Re-checkout all the code using WinCVS. Please go to Admin ->
Preferences -> Globals Tab -> Clear the "Checkout Read-Only" option before
checking out.
