After several months using No Autorun I have anothers suggestions about it:
1. I think there isn't need to be option "hide main window on startup", this action must be as a default and this option must be removed because no one need that No Autorun opens every time Windows starts.
2. There must be an option "open main window when suspicious files are detected". This option must be as non default option.
3. Finally, about biggest minus of No Autorun. Usually No Autorun detects suspicious files when user is logged on, after sticking USB in flash drive.. but if we stick USB when user is logged off or when Windows is shotted down, after logging in No Autorun is useless.. So there must be added ability to check and detect ,Autorun related files on flash drives, every time Windows starts.

I hope adding these options will increase No Autorun effectivenes.
