#1 cmdshell.dll not loading correctly

Some projects are pointing to the wrong 'cmdshell.dll' plug-in library.
Also take a look at how the absolute path to the library is built.

Manually changed the reference in the xml files to the library contained in the application directory (instead of a sub dir on my local dev machine).
Note that most of the demo's are still broken untill version 1.1
