Yes, some ISPs will assume that any file called FormMail.pl is the old
insecure one and automatically remove its execute permission. The best
way around this is to upload FormMail.pl under another name (such as
herring.pl for example) and change your HTML form to use herring.pl
instead of FormMail.pl.
