As it stands I can't think of a way to do this as it would require the
templating engine to be able to comparisons in the {= IF ... =}
directive, currently it is only able to tell whether a parameter has a
value or not.
I have copied this to the developers list in case anyone has a better
idea of how to do this or alternatively has the time to extend the
templating.
