This:

$obj = CGI::NMS::Config->new( "LMachine/NMS/Config" );

Is that a file relative to CWD or is it a registry key? Meaning which module
do I use? I could try each in turn, but that could be dangerous. Everything
that I can think of would negate the whole idea of using a wrapper. It
doesn't make sense to have anything user-specified in the script to specify
where to find the EXTERNAL configuration. That's just dumb.
Any suggestions?
