I've created a package for this on the sourceforge download page, but
tagged it as alpha and left it out of scripts.shtml on the main page.

This is intended to address the "argh, too many files to upload"
problem with TFmail.  The end user uploads and runs a single large
CGI script, which then walks them through the process of installing
TFmail before self destructing.

Doubtless full of bugs and missing features - much testing required.
