I promise that it doesn't load - i just tried it again.
Maybe yours is loading from cache ?

As a side note, in the DESCRIPTION section of the FAQ, you wrote:
"This document seeks to some of the questions"
but i think you meant:
"This document seeks to answer some of the questions"
