[Nms-cgi-devel] Licensing

I guess we are agreed that all of this should be under the:

   "This script is free software; you are free to redistibute it
    and/or modify it under the same terms as Perl itself."

I would like to add to the README files something like :

  "The Perl license can be found in the README file in the Perl source or
   at <http://somewhere>"

Except I can't find a good URL to somewhere I might find the file online,
good as in reliable and official seeming not good as in someone unpacked
the Perl distribution on an FTP server with good connectivity ;-}

Any Ideas ?
