[Nms-cgi-devel] Altered CVS

I have added a new directory 'docs' in the 'NMS' module which I intend to
use for non specific documentation such as a FAQ etc.

Ignore any module 'doc' you might see - this is an appalling import cockup
I made which I can't completely expunge without shell access to the CVS
server ;-}
