#46 Have a "what to improve" section in the report

Also it would be great if the full report includes some Red/Amber warnings instead of just a breakdown of the Points. So at the end of the report having a list which says things like "Amber warning: You are missing assignments for carbon X" - this will become very important if we are to use QuickCheck as a pre-publication tool (just like CheckCIF in Xray) because we need to give chemists real advice on how to fix their assignments.
