relax SVN archive

Command line opts for launching the GUI mode (-g, --gui) and the specific Bieri GUI model (-b, --bieri).

The wrong README file was committed in the previous commit!

Initial commit of Michael Bieri's GUI code.

This is the code found in file #7341 (https://gna.org/support/download.php?file_id=7341) attached to
task #6847 (https://gna.org/task/?6847#comment4).

Added a directory for holding Michael Bieri's GUI for relax.
