Fixes for 2 unit vectors system tests.

All mol/res/spin naming and number user functions now accept the force arg.

Fixes for all the unit tests of the mol/res/spin naming and numbering.

The force flag has been introduced to the mol/res/spin naming and numbering functions.

The default is now not to overwrite.

Bug fix for the tearDown method. The reset was removing the temp file name!

Shifted the BMRB reading and writing test into a script and significantly extended it.

Added some checks for None before hitting the bmrblib code.

This gives more informative error messages.

Added checks for the residue names and numbers, and atom names.

They should not be None.
