Fixes for the duplicate_data() method.

Completed the scaling matrix code.

Started to implement the scaling matrix for scaling the 'R2eff' values.

This might change in the future as other possible curve fitting parameters ('R2', 'Rex', 'kex',
'R2A', 'kA', 'dw') might need some scaling.

Converted the function linear_constraints() for relaxation dispersion needs.

All relaxation data is now placed in the BMRB STAR formatted file.

Started to implement a function for calculating the effective transversal relaxation rate (R2eff).

Now, the good file has been modified, contrary to what happened in r8418 (which was corrected in
r8420).

Created a new private method, __compare_objects() to check if 2 objects are the same.

Fix for the test_duplicate_data_fail1() unit test for the new structural data structures.

Fix for the test___parse_pdb_record() unit test. The method is in MolContainer now.

Fix for the test_atom_loop_spin_selection2() unit test for the molecule naming.
