Creation of a branch for the development of a J-coupling dynamics analysis.

This branch will be developed by Han Sun (hasu att nmr dot mpibpc dot mpg dot de), initially by
patch submission.

This code will form part of the N-state model dynamics analysis already within relax, and will be
useful for future dynamics analyses using dynamically averaged J-couplings.
