Changed a normalization force flag to boolean.

Merged all that could be merged from r3266.

The 2 commands used were:

The grid search code was skipped as it is in minfx (https://gna.org/projects/minfx/).

Major update - monte carlo simulations supported (trivially)
also implimented: chunky queues, exception throwing on slaves, and rank
annotated output. note uniprocessor support currently broken.

Passed the 'file_data' variable to the det_dimensions() function and removed some 'self.' instances.

The system test for XEasy peak list support now goes further... However, more work is still needed.
