Converted the Eliminate.eliminate() method to a module function.

Bug fix for the spin_loop.

If the spin_loop was being executed an arbitrary data pipe (rather than the current), the call to
exists_mol_res_spin_data() was operating not on that pipe but on the current pipe!

Fixed the spin loop call in the copy() function.

Modified the generate() function to accept any data pipe.

Fix for the copy() function, only the sequence is copied and not the contents of the SpinContainer.

Modified the test_copy_protein_sequence() unit test to check that only sequence data is copied.

Converted generic_fns.relax_data.copy() to the new relax design.

Fixed the checking of the pipe_from and pipe_to args in the relax_data.copy() user function.

Added a new arg unit test for the relax_data.copy() user function, checking when both pipes are None.

Brought the relax_data.copy() user function arg unit tests into line with the other copy() functions.
