Shortened the test_read_results_1_3() system test by not checking all 162 residues.

The objects in string form are now compared to avoid comparison nastiness and, in compensation, the
object types are also checked.

The follow have changed:
xml_create_element() -> to_xml()
xml_read_element() -> from_xml()
xml_write() -> to_xml()
xml_read() -> from_xml()

Created the DiffTensorData.from_xml() method.

Modified the PipeContainer.xml_read_element() method to call DiffTensorData.from_xml().

This new method will allow the diffusion tensor to be properly recreated.

Improved an error print out.
