Fixed the setting of molecule, residue, and spin names and numbers.

Added some debugging print outs.

Fixes for the object_comparison() method.

The objects in string form are now compared to avoid comparison nastiness and, in compensation, the
object types are also checked.

Fix for the test_read_results_1_3() system test.

The diffusion tensor objects are no longer directly compared.

Renaming of most of the XML related methods.

The follow have changed:
xml_create_element() -> to_xml()
xml_read_element() -> from_xml()
xml_write() -> to_xml()
xml_read() -> from_xml()

Created the DiffTensorData.from_xml() method.

Modified the PipeContainer.xml_read_element() method to call DiffTensorData.from_xml().

This new method will allow the diffusion tensor to be properly recreated.

Improved an error print out.
