relax SVN archive

Added a directory for storing some OMP data to be used in the test suite.

Shifted the model-free data into the test suite shared_data directory.

All the tests using this data have been updated.

Reverted revision 6499.

Corrected a small error error in one of the consistency testing functions (F_R2).

More corrections of the diffusion tensor designation.

Corrected the diffusion tensor calling to his new designation.

Changed the XML indentation to 4 spaces.

Fix for the SpinList and ResidueList xml_create_element() methods - all attributes must be strings.

Fix for the MoleculeList method xml_create_element() - all attributes must be strings.

Removed the unnecessary dependence on the xml.dom.ext package.

Instead the xml.dom.minidom.Document method toprettyxml() will be used instead.
