Added 'container' to the description of the molecule, residue, and spin XML elements.

Rewrote the set_selected_sim() method as the changes of r6475 were rubbish.

Bug fix for return_conversion_factor(), the spin container only needs to be given for the Rex param.

The sim_names flag is now properly used to return just a single object name.

Updates to get_data_names() including the addition of the sim_names keyword arg.
