Bug fix for the get_mf_data() function.

The call to re.search() needed the '*' commented out as '\*'.

Fix for the test_opendx_tm_s2_te() system test to remove warnings.

Lower bounds were set to avoid local_tm and te being both set simultaneously to zero.

Fixes and improvements to the model-free model_statistics() method.
