Bug fix in the n_state_model.cone_pdb() user function.

The cone_pdb() function is located in the object n_state_model_obj!

Rewrote the docstring for the n_state_model.cone_pdb() user function.

Fixes for the majority of the arg unit tests for the n_state_model.cone_pdb() user function.

The cone_type arg must be passed in as a string.

Fixes for the n_state_model.cone_pdb() user function for the cone_type arg.

Fix for the testing of the force arg of the n_state_model.cone_pdb() user function.

The arg should now be a bool.

Wrote the cone_type arg unit tests for the n_state_model.cone_pdb() user function.

Copied the structure.create_diff_tensor_pdb() user function to n_state_model.cone_pdb().

The function has been partly modified. The docstring needs to be rewritten and the cone_type arg
supported.

Wrote 4 arg unit tests for the n_state_model.cone_pdb() user function.
