relax SVN archive

Fix for the return_data_name() method.

The probability structure is called 'probs'. The docstring has been updated as well to reflect the
real object names.

Bug fix for the 'betac' parameter in the return_data_name() method.

There are less characters in 'beta' than 'alpha'!

Rewrote the return_data_name() method to handle the N-state model parameters.

Wrote the N-state model set_doc() method (which is just a docstring for the user functions).

Added the N-state model docstrings to the value.set() user function.

Wrote the N-state model default_value() method.

Completed the set_non_spin_params() method (maybe).

When None, the param variable is converted to a list of None with the length equal to that of val.

This affects the generic_fns.value.set() function when no parameters are supplied.

Reverted the last change as param needs to be passed to set_non_spin_params() as None.

The command used was:
svn merge -r4859:4858 .

Hmmm, the indentation in the last revision (r4863) was incorrect!
