Bug fix for the N-state model assemble_param_vector() method.

The sim_index arg is now a keyword arg which defaults to None. This arg is not required.

Renamed the class instance n_state_model to n_state_model_obj to avoid a name clash with the module.

Completed the assemble_param_vector() method.

Created a base class method num_instances() to check the sequence and return the number of spins.

The J(w) mapping and relaxation curve fitting num_instances() methods have been removed.

Introduced the new instantiated consistency tests class in prompt.consistency_tests.

Removed a trailing whitespace.

Introduced the count_spins() function into the consitency tests code.

This change is part of the shifting to the new design.

The probability and Euler angle arrays are now initialised by the model_setup() function.

Converted the model-free code from Numeric to numpy.

Wrote the N-state model disassemble_param_vector() method.
