Removed the dummy return_conversion_factor() method as it is now located in the base class.

Bug fixes for the alignment tensor setting unit tests.

The diagonalised tensor returned by calc_objects() was not the true diagonalised tensor but just the
Sxx, Syy, and Szz along the diagonal of a matrix. The non-diagonalised tensor is now returned.

Introduced the exists_mol_res_spin_data() function into the consitency tests code.

This change is part of the shifting to the new design.

Shifted from using the code in the 'minimise' directory to using minfx.
