The reduced back calculated tensors are now calculated.

The dimensions of the structures red_bc and red_bc_vector have been fixed.

Decreased the grid size from 3 to 2 in the 5_state_xz.py script of the system test.

This still takes far to long for a system test! The grid search will have to eventually go.

The red_bc_vector structure is now passed into the chi2 equation.

Added the red_bc and red_bc_vector structures to N_state_opt.

These store the back-calculated tensors in matrix and vector forms.

Fixed the AlignTensorData elements tensor and tensor_diag.

As the rotation matrix is not properly calculated yet, the values of tensor_diag will be rubbish.
