Fixed the AlignTensorData elements tensor and tensor_diag.

As the rotation matrix is not properly calculated yet, the values of tensor_diag will be rubbish.

Updated the N_state_opt.__init__() method to include N and full_tensors as args.

Storage space for the rotation matricies and their transposed has also been created.

Reverted a change so that the 'relax_sim_data' structure is correctly called.

While making changes for the new design, it had been accidentally changed to 'relax_sim_spin'.
