relax SVN archive

Changed the precision for gX in the mfpar file for use of ModelFree with the palmer.py script.

The change was from a three decimal precision (-2.713) to a four decimal precision (-2.7126).

Removed a debugging print statement.

Changed the grid search incs to 3 as 11**19 grid points is a bit much!

Added the missing import of math.pi.

Converted the variable inc into a list of ints (equal to the value of inc) if it is an int.

Fixed the code for creating the grid search options.

The list of N-state model parameters is now created and stored at cdp.params.

Wrote some code to create the grid search options (currently non-functional).

Fix for the call to minimise() from grid_search(). A keyword arg was incorrect.

Initialised the grid_ops structure.
