Docstring fix for the linear_constraints() method.

Updated the linear_constraints() method.

The looping over all model parameters is not necessary as constraints only apply to the probs.

Whitespace clean up.

Wrote the param_num() method.

Modified the linear_constraints() method to call param_num() to get the number of params.

Fixed the check, in minimise(), that the N-state model has been set up.

Simplified the model_setup() method. The data_init() call and pipe type checking was unnecessary.

Wrote the model_setup() method, although more code may be necessary.

Fixed a typo in the n_state_model.model() user function.

Removed the dummy overfit_deselect() method as this is now in the base class.
