relax SVN archive

Removed the run argument from all model-free user functions.

Deleted the model_free.copy() user function.

This function was not used anywhere within relax and the model-free specific copy() method was
complete rubbish anyway (ancient, unused, broken code).

Started to convert the model-free user functions to the new relax design.

Reverted r4656 which was itself a reversion of r4653.

The command used was:
svn merge -r4656:4655 .

This import uncovered a problem solved by r4659 and can now be committed again.

Continued the shifting of the consistency tests code to the new relax design started at r4583.

Reverted r4653 as it was a mistake.
