relax SVN archive

Removed two unused imports.

Continued the shifting of the consistency tests code to the new relax design started at r4583.

This commit makes some changes pointed out by Edward d'Auvergne in a post at:

Reverted r4653 as it was a mistake.

The command used was:
svn merge -r4653:4652 .

Reverted r4654 as it was a mistake that broke almost everything, except the prompt.

The command used was:
svn merge -r4654:4653 .

Fixed the importation of the 'pipes' module.

Added importation of exists_mol_res_spin_data() and spin_loop() functions for the new design.

Reverted r4621, the setting up of svnmerge properties from 1.2 to 1.3.

The following command did not work:
svn merge -r4621:4620 .

So instead the following command was used:
svn propdel svnmerge-integrated

The command used was:
svn merge -r4649:4646 .

Manually ported r4619 and r4620 from the 1.2 line.

This allows one to specify no file for unresolved residues with the full_analysis.py script.
