relax SVN archive

Reverted r4647, r4648 and r4649.

The command used was:
svn merge -r4649:4646 .

This is due to a mistake by Sebastien Morin pointed out in the post by Edward d'Auvergne:

Continued the shifting of the consistency tests code to the new relax design started at r4583.

Manually ported r4619 and r4620 from the 1.2 line.

This allows one to specify no file for unresolved residues with the full_analysis.py script.

The command used was:
svn merge -r4618:4620 svn+ssh://semor@.../svn/relax/1.2

Manually ported r4617 from the 1.2 line.

This allows one to use no PDB file with the full_analysis.py script.

The command used was:
svn merge -r4616:4617 svn+ssh://semor@.../svn/relax/1.2

Corrected a mistake.

The inverse of what was wanted was produced concerning the possibility of not giving a file for

Reverted r4621, the setting up of svnmerge properties from 1.2 to 1.3.

The following command did not work:
svn merge -r4621:4620 .

So instead the following command was used:
svn propdel svnmerge-integrated

Replaced all instances of 'self.run = run' with the alias for the current data pipe.

Continued the shifting of the consistency tests code to the new relax design started at r4583.

Much work is, however, still needed...

Created the data pipe type 'ct' for consistency testing.

More additions to the linear_constraints() docstring.
