Adapted, to the consistency_tests code, 3 RSDM unit tests for the setting of parameters.

Removed remnants of the 1.2 line code.

Replaced a tab character with spaces.

Corrected a line alignment in a docstring.

Placed back the 'orientation' and 'tc' values in the Ct default_value() method.

Reverting the r4469 changes.

The command used was:
svn merge -r4469:4468 .

The 'orientation' and 'tc' values are to be placed directly in the consistency_tests code and not
with global physical constants.

Wrote a function to calculate a z-y-z rotation matrix given the Euler angles.

This is required as part of the target function for the N-state model.

Renamed the class containing the target function from N_state_model to N_state_opt.

The name N_state_model was clashing with the class N_state_model of the specific_fns.n_state_model
module.

Added the missing import of minimise.generic.generic_minimise().

Switched from the call to match() to search().
