Changed the align_tensor data object from a dictionary to an instance of SpecificData.

Added a print statement to show the current data pipe.

Added statements to store the singular values and condition number.

Added the basis_set keyword argument to the align_tensor.svd() user function.

Expansion of the singular_values() function.

The basis_set argument has been added to allow the selection between {Sxx, Syy, Sxy, Sxz, Syz} and
{Szz, Sxxyy, Sxy, Sxz, Syz}.

Wrote a first draft of the consistency testing documentation.

Text was inspired from the docstring in the file maths_fns/consistency_tests.py (main 1.2 line).

Synced the file specific_fns/consistency_tests.py from the file specific_fns/jw_mapping.py.

This file was first created as a copy of the file specific_fns/jw_mapping.py but was never updated.
Now, the two files are identical. It will thus be easier to modify this new version which
incorporates many aspects of the 1.3 line redesign.

Modified the consistency_tests test.

Every link to the jw_mapping test are now removed and replaced by appropriate values for the
consistency_tests test. Only the location of the dataset was not changed in order to avoid
duplication. That said, the same dataset is used for jw_mapping and consistecy_tests tests.
