Updated the generic_fns.align_tensor.set() function to use the new 'tensor' arg.

Updated the generic_fns.align_tensor.init() function to use the new 'tensor' arg.

The structure align_tensor in the PipeContainer is now a dictionary.

Renamed all the 'label' args to 'tensor'.

Added 4 more unit tests for the new 'tensor' args.

Fix fro the test_init_argfail_tensor() unit test.

Changed all the alignment identification args to 'tensor'.

Added alignment identification arguments to all the align_tensor user functions.

Implemented the label arg unit test for the align_tensor.init() user function.

This is a new argument.

Modified all the initialisations of the alignment tensor in the base class to include a label.

Bug fix for the relax_data.read() user function.

The default values for the keyword arguments res_num_col and spin_num_col, and for res_name_col and
spin_name_col, were set to the same thing.

update_data_structures() -> update_data_structures_spin()

Improvements to the test_read_protein_noe_data() unit test.

Now the entire Ap4Aase sequence is checked to see if it has been read in correctly.
