Added a unit test for renaming multiple residues simultaneously through 'residue.rename()'.

Removed the 'residue.merge()' from the data model redesign document.

I cannot see the purpose of this function, as it would probably duplicate the functionality of
'residue.copy()' function. It was first mentioned by Chris MacRaild in the post at
https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-devel/2006-10/msg00061.html.

Added two unit tests for the, as of yet, non-existent 'generic_fns.residue.rename()' function.

Removal of the 'tensor_pdb' branch which was merged back into the 1.3 line at r2847 in 2006-11-15.

Removal of the 'error_import' branch.

This branch was merged back into the 1.3 line back at r3074, in 2007-03-04.

Fix for bug #9389 (https://gna.org/bugs/?9389).

This bug was caused by the move away from using the __builtin__ namespace. As the file is now
treated as a module from which errors must be imported, the AllRelaxErrors object was not being
created. The solution was to add the function 'all_errors()' which returns a list of all the
RelaxError objects.

Application of a patch by Seb that corrects a typo.

The patch 'patch_1.2-r3375_consistency_branch__typo' by Sebastien Morin (sebastien dot morin dot 1
at ulaval dot ca) corrects a typo in function 'set()' of file 'specific_fns/consistency_tests.py'
where 'csa' was written twice instead of first 'csa' and then 'r'.

This change follows the one at :

This was first reported for the jw_mapping code (bug #9562, https://gna.org/bugs/?9562).

Application of a patch that complements information given to users on consistency testing.

The patch 'patch_1.2-r3375_consistency_branch__docstring' by Sebastien Morin (sebastien dot morin
dot 1 at ulaval dot ca) adds some text in docstrings or comments of files
'maths_fns/consistency_tests.py' and 'specific_fns/consistency_tests.py' to help users understand
why and how use the consistency tests.

Application of a patch that changes the default CSA value so it's consistent with the rest of relax.

The patch 'patch_1.2-r3375_consistency_branch__CSA' by Sebastien Morin (sebastien dot morin dot 1 at
ulaval dot ca) changes the default CSA value from -170 to -172 ppm in the file
'specific_fns/consistency_tests.py'.
