relax SVN archive

Application of a patch by Seb that corrects a typo.

The patch 'patch_1.2-r3375_consistency_branch__typo' by Sebastien Morin (sebastien dot morin dot 1
at ulaval dot ca) corrects a typo in function 'set()' of file 'specific_fns/consistency_tests.py'
where 'csa' was written twice instead of first 'csa' and then 'r'.

This change follows the one at :
http://svn.gna.org/viewcvs/relax/1.2/specific_fns/jw_mapping.py?rev=3348&r1=3343&r2=3348 for
jw_mapping from which the code for consistency tests originated.

This was first reported for the jw_mapping code (bug #9562, https://gna.org/bugs/?9562).

Application of a patch that complements information given to users on consistency testing.

The patch 'patch_1.2-r3375_consistency_branch__docstring' by Sebastien Morin (sebastien dot morin
dot 1 at ulaval dot ca) adds some text in docstrings or comments of files
'maths_fns/consistency_tests.py' and 'specific_fns/consistency_tests.py' to help users understand
why and how use the consistency tests.

Application of a patch that changes the default CSA value so it's consistent with the rest of relax.

The patch 'patch_1.2-r3375_consistency_branch__CSA' by Sebastien Morin (sebastien dot morin dot 1 at
ulaval dot ca) changes the default CSA value from -170 to -172 ppm in the file
'specific_fns/consistency_tests.py'.

This change follows the one at :

for jw_mapping from which the code for consistency tests originated.

Updated the download page for the 32 bit Windows version of relax 1.2.11.

Fix for bug #10189 (https://gna.org/bugs/?10189).

This bug was reported by Douglas Kojetin (douglas dot kojetin att gmail dot com).

The problem was that the 'latex_mf_table.py' sample script was trying to write to the results file
the 'res' variable which was not defined anywhere in the script!!!

Doug's patch for fixing bug #10022 (https://gna.org/bugs/?10022).

The patch by Douglas Kojetin (https://gna.org/users/dkojetin) labelled as 'patch2' and attached to
the bug report has been applied without modification.

This change fixes the convergence test in the 'full_analysis.py' script which fails when one residue
has the model None associated with it. These situations are now caught and skipped.

Modified the download page to include the 1.2.11 release for 32 bit i686 GNU/Linux.

Added relax versions 1.0.0 to 1.2.9 to the 'Old releases' of the download page.
