Bug fix for the model-free results.write() problem.

The fix was to synchronise the relaxation data assembly in the value and simulation sections of the
write_columnar_results() function. The 'num_ri' test was missing from the simulation section!

Major update - monte carlo simulations supported (trivially)
also implimented: chunky queues, exception throwing on slaves, and rank
annotated output. note uniprocessor support currently broken.

A further attempt to make boolean mol-res-spin selection work. This is
still some way from a solution.
