relax SVN archive

Reverted r2942, the incorrectly set up svnmerge props.

The command used was:
svn merge -r2942:2941 .

Initialized merge tracking via "svnmerge" with revisions "2505-2939" from
svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/relax/1.3

Fix for bug #8183 (https://gna.org/bugs/?8183).

The issue was that the flag 'new_select' was misspelt as 'new_selection'.

Ported r2936 from the 1.3 line.
