Merged the 'test_suite' branch back into the 1.3 line.

The command used was:
svn merge -r2715:2908 svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/relax/branches/test_suite

Intialised merge tracking on this 'test_suite' branch directory.

Ported r2856 to r2897 from the 1.3 line.

The command used was:
svn merge -r2855:2897 svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/relax/1.3

Ported r2853 from the 1.3 line.

The command used was:
svn merge -r2852:2853 svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/relax/1.3/test_suite/test_suite.py test_suite/system_tests/main.py

Ported r2850 to r2852 from the 1.3 line.

The command used was:
svn merge -r2849:2852 svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/relax/1.3

Ported r2849 from the 1.3 line.

The commands used were:
svn merge -r2848:2849 svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/relax/1.3
svn merge -r2848:2849 svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/relax/1.3/test_suite/ test_suite/system_tests

The second command fixes the problem of the rearrangement of the test suite file layout.

Ported r2848 from the 1.3 line.

The command used was:
svn merge -r2847:2848 svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/relax/1.3

Ported r2847, the merger of the 'tensor_pdb' branch, from the 1.3 line.

The commands used were:
svn merge -r2846:2847 svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/relax/1.3
svn merge -r2846:2847 svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/relax/1.3/test_suite/ test_suite/system_tests

Ported r2719 to r2743 from the 1.3 line.

The command used was:
