Some more fixes for the Structure.test_align_molecules system test.

More changes for the new Structure.test_align_molecules system test.

Modified the Structure.test_align_molecules system test.

This now simultaneously checks both the pipes and molecules arguments to the structure.align user
function.

Created the Structure.test_align_molecules system test.

This will be used to extend the functionality of the structure.align user function to be able to
align different molecules in the same data pipe, rather than requiring either models or identically
named structures in different data pipes.

Regenerated the 128x128 EPS nmrglue icons.

This was performed in the Gimp. The graphic now has a bounding box of "0 0 18 18" to match all
other 128x128 icons. Previously the bounding box was not square. This icon will now appear
correctly in the relax manual (PDF and HTML versions).

More pixel editing of the 16x16 nmrglue icon.

The outline is now darker and the whole image has been converted from indexed to RGB mode.

Fine pixel editing of the 16x16 nmrglue icon.

This involves removal of extraneous background from the blurring part of the conversion and work on
restoring and making the outline continuous.

Significant improvements to the nmrglue logos using the Imagemagick software.

The commands used have been placed in graphics/extern/nmrglue/README.txt. The icons now preserve
the original aspect ratio. In addition, different levels of blurring prior to image interpolative
resizing has been applied to preserve the line art. Pixel post-processing is still required.

Removed the graphics/extern/nmrglue icon directories as they are now with the other software icons.

Shifted the nmrglue icons to graphics/relax_icons where all other software icons currently reside.
